How to Make a Texture Pack For Minecraft

How to Install a Texture Pack
Step 1: First, click here and choose a texture pack and download the .zip to your computer.
Step 2: Open Minecraft and when you have entered the game, click on the mods and texture pack option in the main menu.
Step 3: Click on open texture pack folder. This will open a folder.
Step 4: Find the location where you downloaded the texture pack that you like and place it in the texture pack folder that Minecraft opened for you.
Step 5: All you have to do now is go back to Minecraft, select the texture pack and play the game!

Step 2: Go to run in your start menu and type %appdata% and press enter.
Step 3: Find the .minecraft folder and open it.
Step 4: Go to the bin folder.
Step 5: Right click the minecraft.jar file and extract it to the desktop.
Step 6: Go to the desktop and open the folder that has been extracted from minecraft.jar.
Step 7: Delete all the files with .class as an ending.
Step 8: Now you are ready to make a texture pack.
Step 9: For example, you could open the gui folder and then right click one of the images inside and open with paint.net. Now edit it.
